About STYO
STYO is an energy management platform developed by STACC that supports companies from initial investment calculations to intraday market bids. It helps evaluate energy investments and optimize operating strategies using real-world data.
Why we built STYO
Energy systems have become increasingly complex as different types of renewable energy and storage assets are added, and participation in energy and ancillary services markets becomes more common. The performance of these assets needs to be simulated together across different markets, so static spreadsheets and assumptions are insufficient.
STYO was created to bring these variables into one environment, making it easier to analyze complex energy scenarios before an investment is made and to optimize how assets participate in energy markets once they are operational.
